Women in Medicine – Hybrid Production

Hybrid Production including On-site, Studio Production, and Virtual Presenters

This event, in June of ’21, was one of our first to incorporate an on-site component since the start of the pandemic. While attendance was still remote, a small crew set up two socially distanced “stages” in the Northwest Permanente offices in Portland to allow the CEO and event emcee to present live, while a Blaze director brought in remote guests from across the country and ran the broadcast from Master Control at the Blaze Streaming Office. This hybrid production approach offers a balance of quality and flexibility for clients.
